We are a fully licensed and WCB protected cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well!
Not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
At the end of your appointment your cleaning staff can only accept payment in the form of a cheque. We also accept payment via e transfer. Invoices will be sent out after each clean, bi weekly or monthly based on frequency and preference. Receipts provided upon request.
Our cleaning staff provide all of the supplies necessary to ensure a thorough clean. If you have products or supplies available that you would prefer be used we are more than happy to do so!
**If you have a mop and vacuum available on site to be used, please specify. While we do have these items on hand, we can limit potential allergen exposure, as our vacuums while cleaned regularly, may enter homes with pets or other potential irritants.
While we do our absolute best to be as careful and diligent while in your home, there is always the potential for accidents. We will happily replace or repair the item with our sincerest apology.
Mom and Company cleaning accepts liability for damage caused to the client’s property due to the fault of our cleaning staff on the basis that the cost can be recovered from our public liability insurance.
Mom and Company Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for accidents caused by damaged items, breakage due to common wear-and-tear or neglect of regular maintenance (ie. items previously broken, faulty appliances, or improper installations etc.)
We honour our clients preferred day of week and time frame as much as possible. We do our best to set you up with a cleaning staff with an availability that is compatible with your preferences, so you can have a consistent schedule and clean. (we cannot guarantee your cleaner will always be available and will notify you of staff or potential schedule changes beforehand whenever possible).
Cleaning dates that fall on statutory holidays are subject to staffing availability. If we are unable to accommodate your clean we will contact you a minimum of a week prior to reschedule.
