What to expect from your regular cleaning appointment:

We do not currently service exterior patios or decks
Two cleaners are recommended for most move outs/move ins. Prior to booking please consider that to ensure a spotless clean additional time may be required
Please have appliances moved out prior to arrival (fridge/stove etc.) so we have time clean behind them
If there is a self clean on the stove or dishwasher please run prior to your cleaners arrival or spray pre-treatment when possible

Restock hand soap, toilet paper (if supplied)
Clean kitchen area ie. microwave, fridge and wipe all appliances and cabinet faces/countertops

All garbage receptacles changed
Set security alarm (if applicable)
Ensure all doors and widows are locked
Replace linens/make beds
Wash and fold linens (when applicable)
Vacuum
Towels folded and re-stocked in all bathrooms
All closets tidied
Ensure laundry area is clean and stocked
Clean and sanitize all bathrooms
Restock toilet paper, soaps, paper towels (if supplied)
Wash and sanitize surface areas
Dust top to bottom
Check for dishes to be cleaned/put away
Clean and tidy drawers
Discard of perishable foods in fridge and cupboards
Clean inside the microwave, fridge and wipe all appliances and cabinet faces/countertops
Clean coffee maker
Empty recycling and garbage to outside bins
Wash floors
Ensure lights, appliances and heaters are off
Patio swept and furniture wiped down (when applicable)
Set security alarm (if applicable)
Ensure all doors and widows are locked
In addition to the regular thorough cleaning that would be provided with a move out clean, (see above) for post-renovation/construction we also ensure the following:
Removal of debris and scraps
Full wipe down of walls/surfaces/baseboards and mop to remove excess dust
Air ducts and vents clean and dusted
Currently servicing interior post construction cleans (No decks at this time)
Post construction and move in/move out cleans may require an extra pair of hands to ensure the highest quality clean and attentiveness to details. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
With our regular cleaning services, as time allows, we will rotate through 'spring cleaning' tasks such as polishing light fixtures, wiping down the fridge interior, spot washing walls, etc.
While there is nothing required from you leading up to your clean, a quick clear of countertops and tables can help our staff minimize time spent tidying and instead focus on the nitty gritty.
